A little about me…

I was born in Moldova and immigrated to Israel when I was four years old. From the time I was able to read, my biggest passion was languages. I started teaching myself English when I was six years old, and Spanish when I was 11 years old; I did the same with other languages too, gaining proficiency in English and Spanish from a young age. I have been living in Israel almost all my life, and so Hebrew is my native language.

I studied biomedical engineering at Tel Aviv University, and I have several years of experience in the high-tech and bio-tech industries, as well as in academic research in tissue-engineering at the Technion Technology Institute.

My life path has led me to leave the academic world of technology and research and change direction. I spent a year working for the media, serving as a producer for an international European channel and a research assistant for an Israeli morning show, until I realized that wasn’t what I want to do with my life, and turned translation into my main income source.

I have been translating since I was a student at university in order to financially support myself during my studies, and since 2012, I have been doing it full time. I started my own business, TR-Translations, in 2015.

My life experience is very eclectic, and so are the translation services I am providing.
